Connor Ross
Expert in Specialist Property Finance
Hi, I'm Connor Ross, the C Ross of BridgeCross and I currently make up every single position in the business. Whilst I do plan to build the BridgeCross brand, I am extremely happy with the setup of BridgeCross in that my clients have one point of contact, the founder of the firm. If you could pick someone to be on your team from a brokerage, would you not pick the person who cares most about it?
I will offer you an end to end service, from enquiry to completion, and always have eyes over your case, keeping you updated throughout.

A brief history of me...
After settling down with a partner and looking to start a family, I became a mortgage and protection advisor, mainly focused on helping first time buyers secure their first home purchase. An opportunity arose for me to move in to the specialist property finance space later into my career and this was always an area I had a keen interest in, so I grabbed this opportunity with both hands.

I spent the next few years becoming an expert in all things property finance, from simpler buy to let mortgages, all the way to complex bridging loans with cross-charges and unconventional securities, and back again to secured loan second charges with debt consolidation.

I have built this entire website myself, including the calculators (which I am happy to take feedback on if you have any suggestions on numbers you would like to see built in, feel free to use the contact form). I am proud of this and I believe this shows how much I care and this will only relay on to how much I care about my clients and the service they receive from myself.
