Bridging finance is an unbelievably useful tool when it comes to property finance, but it isn't without its drawbacks. Some of the barriers involved when it comes to finding any type of finance is the transparency around the cost of products online and an inability to find a good bridging loan calculator.
We have custom built what we believe to be a very useful calculator but even this tool cant tell you what a human can, if you do want to have a peek, our calculator can be found here.

Each and every bridging lender in the market will look to charge fees, that's a given, but understanding which lenders charge a reasonable amount in fees and which ones should be avoided can only be known from working in the industry day in and day out.
That is why it is always best to use a broker, who will be able to point you in the direction of a lender who either doesn't charge an astronomical amount in fees, or one who allows you to save money elsewhere with tools like dual representation legals and automated valuations.
We are always happy to have a chat with anyone to discuss their requirements, so please feel free to drop us an enquiry here, to have an open and honest chat about the true cost of any form of finance you require and we will be happy to help you.
